If you are currently receiving production payments then we need for you to send us the last three royalty check stubs indicating amount, date, operator, property ID and owner interest.

Leased but not producing property – Where you have leased your property but are not currently receiving production payments then please provide us with a copy of the lease agreement and Order of Payment (you should have received these documents when you signed the lease).

Non Leased and Non-producing property – If your property is not currently leased and you are not receiving production payments then please provide us with a copy of the mineral deed and/or proof of ownership.
